<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST, is made as of the _~~__ day of ~r;&__,
<br />20Qg, by and among DAVID R. WOODS and ERIN B. WOODS, husband and wife,
<br />whether one or more persons ("Trusto~'), whose mailing address is 4350 Manchester
<br />Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; LES SEILER, Attorney at Law, ("Trustee"),
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1288, Hastings, Nebraska 68902-1288; and
<br />WILLIAM ROSS WOODS and/or LOUAN M. WOODS, Co-Trustees,
<br />WILLIAM ROSS WOODS and LOUAN MILDRED WOODS REVOCABLE
<br />TRUST, whether one or more persons ("Beneficiary"), whose mailing address is 305
<br />North Shore Drive, Hastings, Nebraska 68901.

<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys and
<br />assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benetitand security of
<br />Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the
<br />real property, located in the County of Adams, S tate of Nebraska, and described as
<br />follows (the "p roperty"):

<br />Lot Four (4) Bishop Heights Third Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />TOGETHER WITH, all rents, easements, appurtenances, hereditaments,
<br />interests in adjoining roads, streets and alleys, improvements and buildings of any kind
<br />situated thereon and all personal property that may be or hereafter become an integral
<br />part of such buildings and improvements, all crops raised thereon, and all water rights.
<br />
<br />The Property and the entire estate and interest conveyed to the Trustee are
<br />referred to collectively as the ''Trust Estate".
<br />
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING:
<br />
<br />a. Payment of indebtedness in the total amount of $130,746.36 with interest of
<br />5% thereon, as evidenced by that certain promissory note of even date (the "Note")
<br />executed by Trustor with payments as follows: monthly payments shall be in the
<br />amount of accrued interest only until the house located at 251 8 W. Koenig,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, has been sold and the net proceeds applied to the
<br />note. Thereafter, the balance of the note shall be amortized by monthly
<br />payment over a period of fifteen (1 5) years from the date of the payment of
<br />the net proceeds. The undersigned shall have the right to prepay the
<br />Promissory Note without penalty at any time upon the approval of the
<br />BENEFICIARY. In the event of BENEFICIARYS' death's, the Note shall be
