<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E.LANGDON is the Trosiee under a Deed of Trost dated DECEMBER 13, 200S,
<br />executed by JORGE HERNANDEZ AND HA YDA I. RAP ALO BONILLA, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as
<br />Trustor, for the benefit of NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded DECEMBER 20, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200512411, in Book No. --, at Page No. --- in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
