<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated August 2, 2006, executed by Copper Creek Estates~Grand
<br />Island, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument
<br />#200606901 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 3rd day of August, 2006.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Fifty-Four (54), in Copper Creek Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated August 2, 2006, recorded as
<br />Instrument #200606901 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County on the 3rd day of August, 2006, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of March, 2009.
