<br />PATHWA Y BANK formerly known as THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of
<br />the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />Russell W. Rasmussen and E. Jean Rasmussen, Husband & Wife, Grantee(s), the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201)
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Four (4), Block Three (3), in Third Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, entered as Document No.
<br />96-108534, on October 30,1996, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-
<br />1014.
<br />
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual
<br />capacity in anyway by reason of this instrument.
