<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Scott J. Hendrickson, a single person to Spalding City Bank, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Spalding City Bank, 121 N. Chestnut Street, Spalding, Nebraska, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated August 27,2001 and recorded August 29, 2001 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200108683, has been paid and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed ofRe-conveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, therefore, inconsideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and re-convey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises,
<br />but only to such premises:

<br />Lot One (1), Pontious Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska excepting a certain tract
<br />more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office as Document No. 80-004236
<br />
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
