Mach, a single person, herein called the Mortgagor, one or more in consideration <br />of One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Four and noll00 Dollars ($1,984.00) <br />received from the Housing Development Corporation (HDC), herein called the <br />Mortgagee, does mortgage to the Mortgagee the following described premises situated in <br />Hall County and the State of Nebraska to wit: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7).
