<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tim C
<br />Plate, A Single Person to TierOne Bank. Trustee and Beneficiary, dated October 26,2007, and recorded
<br />October 29, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in
<br />Instrument #0200709217, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />described as: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot, such point being 65.3 feet South
<br />of the Northwest comer of said Lot; running thence North along the West line of said Lot, 11.3
<br />feet; running thence East, parallel to the North line of said Lot, 54.8 feet, to the Easterly line of
<br />said Lot; running thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot, 32.2 feet, to a
<br />point 10.0 feet Northeasterly from, as measured at Right Angles to, the concrete curb now
<br />located; running thence Northwesterly on a line concentric with, and parallel to, the concrete
<br />curb as now located, 36.8 feet to the point of beginning."
