<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secmed by the Deed of Trust made among, ANGELA L. /, ~ 0
<br />CORNELIUS FORMERLY KNOWN AS ,ANGELA KOHTZ AND BRAD A. 0'
<br />CORNELIUS, wife and husband, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Bank of
<br />Doniphan as Beneficiary, dated September 16,2003, and recorded on September 2l1.2003, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200312888 has
<br />been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
