<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br /> the Deed of Trust dated November 14, 2008, executed by Robert C. Hansen and Patti D. Kier,
<br /> single Persons, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br /> Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br /> November 17, 2008, recorded as Instrument No 0200809496, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br /> Bank, as. Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br /> above mentioned as follows:

<br /> Lot Three (3) and Southerly Four (4) feet of Lot Pour (4), in Block Eight (8), Packer and Barr's Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, this 18a' day of March, 2009.
