It is under-stood that if the Assignots pay said indebtedness of $25,000.00, with interest and accor-ding to the pr-ovisions of the Bond and Financing Statement given by them to. the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force or effect.
