<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, GREGORY D
<br />KATZBERG AND LISA D KATZBERG, huband and wife, Trustor, and Central National
<br />Bank as Trustee and Bank of Doniphan as Beneficiary, dated November 5,2008, and recorded on
<br />November 13,2008, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br />Mortgage Record Book at Page as Instrument Number 2008-09432 and Re-recorded
<br />November 21, 2008 as Instrument Number 2008~09623 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />. Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request ofthe Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
