Connick, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated August 11,2008, wherein Katie R. Galindo, a single person, is the Trustor, which <br />was filed for record in the office ofthe Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska on August 14, <br />2008, as Instrument No. 0200807039 and contains as trust property, the following-described real <br />estate: <br /> <br />~ <br />J' <br />o <br /> <br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK FORTY-SEVEN (47), RUSSEL WHEELER'S <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deeds of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor has failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by those Deeds of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated August 11,2008, <br />owing trom Trustor to the Beneficiary, COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INC., a Nebraska <br />Corporation, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secure this <br />obligation. <br /> <br />.~.Q \:l <br /> <br />Brandon S.
