<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated June 9, 1995, executed by Ronald G. Martel and Carolyn J. Martel,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of RaIl County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #95-103810 on the 9th day of June, 1995, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) in Farrall Subdivision, a part of the South Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (SY2NW~) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 11 th day of March, 2009.
