<br />THIS DEED, made this H day of February, 2009 between Hannah Beth Kleager, a
<br />single person, by and through her attorney in fact, Jerald Eugene Kleager, Grantor, and Bryan
<br />Walter Whiting, Trustee of the W. Lyle Whiting Revocable Living Trust UTA dated
<br />11/13/1992, 279 Westbank Rd, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601, Grantee.

<br />WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration ofthe sum of $10.00 and other good
<br />and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has
<br />remised, released, sold and QUITCLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell and
<br />QUITCLAIM unto the Grantee, The Estate ofW alter Lyle Whiting, its heirs, successors and assigns
<br />forever, all the right, title., interest, claim and demand which the Grantor has in and to the real

<br />West half ofthe Southwest Quarter(SW 1/4) in Section Twelve (12), all in Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPT the easement and right-of-way for U.S. Highway 30 and the
<br />easement and right-of-way for the railroad existing and in place and also excepting
<br />that part ofthe West Half(W 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SWl/4) in said Section
<br />Twelve (12) lying North of U.S. Highway 30 right of way as conveyed to Jerry R.
<br />Codner by Deeds recorded as No. 97-109150 and 97-109188 in the Hall County,
<br />Nebraska records;

<br />together with all improvements and appurtenances appertaining thereto;
