<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, ~
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by KATHLEEN A CAMPBELL AND HUNTER A CAMPBELL, WIFE AND HUSBAND, as Trustor, in
<br />which EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated NOVEMBER 5, 1998.1
<br />and recorded NOVEMBER 6, 1998, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 98-110952 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by KATHLEEN A CAMPBELL AND HUNTER A CAMPBELL, WIFE AND HUSBAND, as trustor, to
<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br />THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated NOVEMBER 5,1998, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document
<br />No. 98-110952, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY. NEBRASKA, MORE COMMONLY
<br />KNOWN AS 253 SOUTH LOCUST STREET. GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
