<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br /> the Deed of Trust dated September 27, 2007, executed by Terrence C. Trentman and Rebecca H.
<br /> Trentman, Husband and Wife, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br /> undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, on October 1, 2007, recorded as Instrument No 0200708380, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br /> Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br /> above mentioned as follows:

<br /> The Southerly Half (S1/2) of Lot Five (5), in Block Forty-eight (48), in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, except the Easterly Two (2) feet thereof
<br />
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder,
<br />
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, this l lt" day of March, 2009.
