<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the i.t:>""M day of March, 2009, CitiMortgage, Inc.,
<br />as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Russell
<br />Gunn, Tanunie Gunn, and General Collection Company, as the defendants, the object and prayer of
<br />such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Russell
<br />Gunn and Tanunie Gunn, husband and wife, to First American Title Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as Nominee for CitiMortgage,
<br />Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the
<br />above-named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for
<br />the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable
<br />relief; that such deed oftrust is dated December 3, 2007, and was recorded on December 4,2007 as
<br />Instrument No. 200710174 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to-wit:

<br />All of the Westerly Forty Feet (40) feet of Lot Eleven (11) of the County Subdivision of
<br />Lots Thirteen (13) and Sixteen (16) and part of Lots Eight (8), Eleven (11), Twelve (12),
<br />and Fourteen (14) of the County Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SEl/4 SWl/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska according to the recorded plats
<br />thereof;

<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on February 26,2009 as Instrument No. 200901428 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
