Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the C~ Deed of Trust dated November 29, 2005, executed by Rick S. Johnson and Patricia A. Johnson, husband and wife, in which Dive Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as "Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument #0200511908 on the 29th day of November, 2005, and WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: See Attached Exhibit A said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
