<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by PRAGYA, INC., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, DHAVAL BHATT, and Individual; and JAYANTIBHAI PATEL, and
<br />Individual, as Trustor, to ADAM D. PAVELKA, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, and THOMAS R.
<br />PAULEY and RHONDA S. PAULEY, Co-Trustees, PAULEY FAMILY TRUST, as Beneficiary,
<br />executed March 23, 2006, and perfected on March 23, 2006, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Recorded as Instrument Number 0200602541, has been paid,
<br />and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
