<br />THAT WHEREAS, all indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed by Harry L. Lilienthal and Wanda R.
<br />Lilienthal, husband and wife, as Trustor's, -to- Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, as Trustee and
<br />GNR Development Corp. of Hastings, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, in the amount of
<br />$18,450.00, dated September 12, 2003 and recorded September 15, 2003 as Inst. No. 200312243 of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, said Beneficiary as evidenced by his endorsement herein has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />Lot 13, excepting the North 54 feet and all of Lot 12, Block 1, Pleasant View Twelfth Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey unto the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real property.
