<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer, Pinnacle Bank; as Trustee under
<br />
<br />the Trust Deed dated 11/12/2008 and recorded on 11/17/2008 executed by John C. McHargue and Mary C. McHargue,
<br />
<br />Husband and Wife; as Trustors In which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and
<br />
<br />recorded as Document No. 200809508 in the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska has received from
<br />
<br />
<br />Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />
<br />such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered
<br />
<br />to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the said bank
<br />
<br />by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto John C. McHargue and Mary C. McHargue, Husband and Wife, the estate now held by it there
<br />
<br />under, to-wit:
