<br />REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />Whereas, the undersigned, First State Bank of Beaver City,
<br />'-Nebraska, was the beneficiary under a Deed of Trust dated July 25, 1988,
<br />to a certain real tract of real estate described in the following Deed
<br />of Reconveyance, and as described in the Deeds of Trust recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 88-104096, in the mortgage records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and whereas the debt secured by said deed of trust has now
<br />been paid, the undersigned hereby requests that James H. Dodson,
<br />Attorney at Law, as the Trustee named therein, execute and deliver a
<br />deed of reconveyance to the real estate described in said Deed of Trust.

<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, James H. Dodson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as trustee under a trust deed dated July 25, 1988, executed
<br />by BRUCE HOWE and CINDY HOWE, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which The
<br />First State Bank of Beaver City, Nebraska is designated as beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded on July 27, 1988, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 88-104096, has received from the beneficiary thereunder,
<br />a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee,
<br />for cancellation.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions
<br />of such trust deed, the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto the
<br />above described real estate only now held by him thereunder, to wit:
<br />
<br />Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block 27, Original Town
<br />of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />subject to all easements and restrictions of record.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Beaver City, Furnas County, Nebraska, on March 4, 2009.
