200901602 SECTION ONE SUBORDINATION As an inducement to lender to grant such loan to trustor, beneficiary and trustor hereby subordinate the above-described trust deed of May 10, 1999, in favor of beneficiary, to the trust deed in favor of lender that is being recorded with this agreement on fhet'Y'LivY / 9-oD 1 at Document No.;2ooCJiL\ ~()O in the Office ofthe Hall County Register of Deeds. Beneficiary and trustor further agree that the lien of the trust deed in favor of lender shall be and is in all respects a lien prior and superior to the lien ofthe trust deed in favor of beneficiary. SECTION TWO APPROVAL OF LOAN TERMS The terms ofthe loan from lender to trustor are as follows: Loan Amount: $53,000.00 Term: 180 months Initial Rate: 4.625% Beneficiary hereby approves all the terms of such loan. SECTION THREE INUREMENT; BINDING EFFECT This agreement shall inure to the benefit of lender, its successors and assigns, and shall be binding on beneficiary and trustor and their respective successors and assigns.
