<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />I<NOW AIL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />'I'HAT, WHlntEAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deeds, executed by Ronald D. Devall and Tonya L. Devall, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 29th day of
<br />June, 2007, recorded on the 29th day of June, 2007, as Instrument No. 200705504 at the Register
<br />of Deeds Office, Hall County, State of Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as 'T'rustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Twelve- (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P,M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said West Half of' the Northwest Quarter (WI/2NWl/4)j thence
<br />running easterly along the north line of said West Half of the Northwest Quarter (Wl/2NWl/4), on an
<br />Assumed Bearing of' S 870 56' 48" E, a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Eight and Thirteen

<br />on the west line of said West Hall' of the Northwest Quarter (Wl/2NWl/4)j thence running N 000 06'
