Svitak of 916 West 9th, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska 68801 do appoint my daughter, Judy Reha of Aurora, Nebraska <br />be my attorney, for me and in my name, to do the following: <br /> <br />1. To execute, indorse, cash, and receive the proceeds from any check, <br />bill of exchange, promissory note, or commercial instrument made payable to <br />me, including those from the United States Government. <br /> <br />2. To redeem and cash United States Government Savings Bonds, bank <br />or savings and loan association certificates of deposit, or savings accounts of <br />any kind which may have been issued in my name. <br /> <br />3. To demand, collect, and receive all money, debts, accounts, interest, <br />dividends, property, annuities and demands whatsoever, as are now or shall <br />hereafter become due, payable, or belonging to me; to take all lawful means <br />(including suit) for the recovery thereof; to compromise and agree for the same; <br />and to execute and deliver discharges and releases for me in my name. <br /> <br />4. Any such receipt of proceeds from instruments payable to me, or from <br />any other property or source payable to me, shall be applied and used by my <br />attorney for my support and care. <br /> <br />5. To see to my care, comfort, and maintenance if I am unable to do the <br />same on my own behalf. This includes authority to consent to or approve <br />necessary medical or other professional care, counsel, treatment, or service. It <br />also includes authority to make application for any and all public assistance <br />benefits for which I may be eligible and to carry through any action or appeal <br />necessary to my receipt of such assistance. <br /> <br />6. To see to the reasonable care of my clothing, furniture, home, or other <br />personal effects and property, and to commence protective proceedings if the <br />above or other items of my property are in need of protection. <br /> <br />7. To sell, either at public or private sale, any part or parts of my real or <br />personal property for such consideration and upon such terms as my attorney <br />shall think fit, and to execute and deliver good and sufficient deeds or other <br />instruments for the conveyance or transfer of the same. <br /> <br />8. To deposit with any bank in my name any monies which may come to <br />his/her hands as such attorney and to withdraw and use such monies as he/she <br />shall think fit in the payment of my debts. <br /> <br />10f5 <br />
