Wescoat a/k/a David F. Wescoat, a single person, Trustor under <br />a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on September 2, <br />2003 as Instrument No. 0200311634, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to.wit: <br /> <br />Lot Ten (10), in Block Ten (10), Clarkson's First Addition to AIda, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
