Walter and Mary Ellen Walter, Husband and Wife as Joint <br />Tenants, are named as Trustors, Exchange Bank is named as Lender and Beneficiary, and <br />Exchange Bank is named as Trustee, involving the following-described real property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Block Three (3) in Ponderosa Lake Estates Fourth Subdivision an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />A breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred. <br />The nature of the preach is the failure to make payments due under the promissory note for <br />which the property is pledged as security. The trustee has elected to sell the property to <br />satisfy the obligation secured by the trust deed. . <br /> <br />By reason of the above default, THE BENEFICIARY HAS DECLARED ALL <br />SUMS SECURED BY SAID DEED OF TRUST TO BE IMMEDIATELY DUE <br />AND PAYABLE AND HAS ELECTED TO CAUSE SAID PROPERTY TO BE <br />SOLD IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY LAW. <br /> <br />Trustor may cure the default within one month of the filing of this Notice of <br />Default in the manner provided by Neb.
