Walter and Mary Ellen Walter, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, are named as Trustors, Exchange Bank is named as Lender and Beneficiary, and Exchange Bank is named as Trustee, involving the following-described real property, to-wit: Lot Two (2), Block Three (3) in Ponderosa Lake Estates Fourth Subdivision an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. A breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred.
