<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by STEPHANIE A MUHLBACH, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br />BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the Beneficiary and
<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated SEPTEMBER 18, 1997.1. and recorded
<br />SEPTEMBER 24, 1997, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 97-107880 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by STEPHANIE A MUHLBACH, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER 18, 1997, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 97-107880,
<br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
