Wengler, an unmarried man, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on September 27, 2005 as <br />Instrument No. 0200509610, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT NINE (9), BLOCK FNE (5), DALE ROUSH SECOND SUBDNISION, IN THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
