A full discussion was had as to the merits. of such a sale:, and upon motion made, seconded, and unanimously apprssved, the following resolution was adopted. RESt1LVED, that the President of the Corporation is authorised to enter into a purchase agreement with Cargill, Incorporated, and is furth:*r authorised to execute a deed of conveyance, and any other documenta- tion necessary to convey marketable legal title of the following described tract, to-wit: A rectangular tract of land approximately 545 Feet by 800 Feet, more or less, and all appurtenances thereto, includ- ing a 56,000 square foot ~iesco pre-engineered steel building and 1,500 square feet of office building: and all appurtenances of said buildings, said tract ,r consisting of approximately 10 acres in the Sautheast:• t~uarter of the Southeast ~uartes (SE~SE~.) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Eleven (il), North, Range Ten (IO}, West of the 5th P.M., in Fiala County, x~ebraska, for a purchase price of $42.0,000.
