TREW, a single woman, GRANTORS, in consideration of ONE <br />DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from GRANTEE, <br />RONDA K. WELCH, convey to GRANTEE, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
