<br />~~-~,, c~ 0 5 0 4 <br />ADDENDUM <br />This Addendum is made and entered into as an <br />addendum to the Easement entered into between Grand Island <br />Mall, Ltd., hereinafter called the "Mall" and Northwest <br />National Bank of Grand Island, hereinafter called the <br />"Bank", with respect to public utilities to service property <br />being purchaased by the Bank from the Mall and dated ,~L~' `- <br />~(J~)•t •~~~fi,~ 1982. l~ <br />In addition to the covenants therein entered into, <br />the parties mutually agree as follows: <br />1. The Mall shall not be responsible for any <br />upkeep or maintenance on any of the various private utility <br />lines authorized by the easement and the Bank agrees to <br />be responsible to maintain those facilities from its <br />property to the public right of way. <br />2. If another party wishes to tap into any of <br />the public utility lines, they may do so provided their <br />use does not interfere with the Bank's use of the utility <br />service involved. <br />3.
