Luebs, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes <br />and says that he currently is, and at all times relevant hereto <br />has been, a partner in Pioneer Investments, a partnership, doing <br />business as Pioneer Estates; that he is authorized to make this <br />Affidavit on behalf of said partnership; that Pioneer Invest- <br />ments, d/b/a Pioneer Estates, has never claimed any interest <br />and disclaims any interest in and to real estate described in <br />certain real estate mortgages filed for record in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as instrument <br />numbers 80-002465, 80-002758, 80-004230, and 81-000634. The <br />undersigned affiant further states that the legal descriptions <br />inserted in said mortgages above mentioned were inserted <br />erYoneously; that at the time of the filing of each of said <br />mortgages above described, Pioneer Investments was a partnership <br />doing business in Ha11 County, Nebraska, and claimed no interest <br />in and to the real estate that is the subject of said mortgages <br />legally described as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1), <br />part of Lot Two (2), and Lot Three (3), <br />Garrett"s Subdivision in the-City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, containing approximately <br />16.611 acres. <br />FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT. <br />DATED this ~_ day of November, 1982. <br />JO LUEBS, Af.ia <br />On the ~(~ day of Noverr~~r, 1982, before me a notary <br />public, personally appeared Jon~F.
