<br />ORDINA*CE N0. 6839 <br />8~---~iC-50()~ <br />An ordinance to vacate an easement in O'Neill Second <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; ao repeal- <br />ordinances in conflict herewith;. and to provide the effect- <br />ive date of this ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR-AND COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That the following described easement is <br />hereby vacated: <br />The East 10 feet of the West 16 feet of O'Neill Second <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Ha1.1:Coucity,, <br />Nebraska, except the South lb feet thereof; and except <br />the 16 foot wide easement centered on the line between <br />Lots 5 and 6 of O'Neill Second Subdivision, all as <br />shown on the plat dated 9/8/82 marked exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto-and incorporated herein by <br />reTerence. <br />SECTION 2. That this ordinance is hereby directed to <br />be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 3. That any ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4.
