<br />WHEREAS Norma~.Ziomke, (hereinafter usually referred to as
<br />"Homeowner", whether one or more) has entered into a certain
<br />written EMERGENCY HOME REPAIR AGREEMENT dated the 5~ day of
<br />~,~,Lp~;1, 1982 with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />municipal corporation (hereinafter usually referred to as
<br />"City"), acting through its Community Development Agency, for
<br />rehabilitation of a dwelling on premises owned by Homeowner which
<br />are hereinafter described, and for the granting by City to
<br />Homeowner of Federal f unds in the amount of Five Thousand and
<br />00/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) to be applied in payment of the cost
<br />of such rehabilitation, and
<br />WHEREAS, Homeawner in such AGREEMENT has, among other
<br />things, agreed (a) to repay such amount or, as the case may be, a-
<br />part thereof to City in certain circumstances described in the
<br />AGREEMENT, and (b) to execute and deliver to City an instrument
<br />in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises to
<br />secure such repayment,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT with
<br />City, Norma Zlomke, does hereby grant to CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASRA, A Municipal Core ration, its successors and assigns, a
<br />-lien upon the following described real estate situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />North Three Hundred Tweiee and One-Half Feet (N 312.5') of
<br />Part of Lot One (1), Section Eighteen (18),
<br />Township Eleven (11), Range Nine {9),
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />according to the record plat thereof,
<br />except that portion as shown conveyed of record to the City of Grand Island
<br />to secure repayment to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, its
<br />successors and assigns, of the amount of the grant hereinabove
<br />referred to or, as the case may be, a part thereof in accordance
<br />with the terms and conditions set forth in the HOUSING
<br />REHABILITATION GRANT AGREEMENT to which reference is made
<br />hereinabove.
<br />The lien herein granted shall run with the premises until
<br />such time as title to the praperty is transferred to another
<br />owner. At this time, the entire amount of the lien shall become
<br />due and payable.

<br />their voluntary act (s) and deeds(s).
