The conveyance to FRONTIER PROPERTIES CORP., a Nebraska corporation, of _ - Lot Seven (7), Block Eleven (11), College Addition to West Lawn, anAddition to the- . - - City of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, is hereby authorized and directed. - - SECTION 2. The consideration for such conveyance shall be One Thousand Seven Hundred - - Dollars (§1,700.00). Conveyance of the real estate above described shall be by special _ warranty deed, upon delivery of the consideration, and the City of Grand-Is1_and.wiil - _ -_ furnish title insurance. - - - - -. SECTION 3. As provided by Law, notice of such conveyance andthe-terms thereof _ shall be published for three consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Daily-Independent, - _ - - a newspaper published for general circulation in the City of Grand Island..
