RALPH <br />MADDOX-and HELEN J. MADDO%, husband and wife (thy same persons as <br />GRANTORS), as tenants in common, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Section 76-201 of the Revised Statutes of <br />Nebraska, 1943} in Hall County, ?Nebraska: <br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to: <br />Lot Three (3) on Mainland and Lots One (1) and Two (2) on <br />the Island,. Section Thirty-Two (32), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range P7ine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, except that part of Lot Three (3) on the Mainland <br />which has been conveyed to Walter H. Munson by Deed, <br />recorded in Bcok 69 at page 521 and a part of Lot One (1) <br />on the Island deeded to the County of Hall as recorded in <br />Book 78, page 297, of the reccrds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />and <br />A11 that part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />(E~ NWT) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (4) West of the 6th P.M, in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, lying North of the right of way of the railroad <br />of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company-and <br />on the westerly side of a line drawn 17 Feet distant, <br />parallel with and easterly from the center line of the <br />Traill sand pit spur track as the same is now located and <br />staked over and across the land above described. <br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES as follows: <br />1. GRANTORS have-legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate. <br />4.
