<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />GERALD FREDERIKSEN and L. JUNE FREDERIKSEN, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10,500.00)
<br />received from Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto WAYNE SMITH d/b/a S & S Construction, the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Four (4) and the east half of Lot Five (5};
<br />and Lot Six (6) and the west half of Lot Five (5),
<br />all in Shady Lane Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's
<br />heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the
<br />said Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that we
<br />are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free
<br />from encumbrance, except easements of record, and that we
<br />have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and
<br />we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title,
<br />claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
