<br />20. Asd{nmeet of Rergat AppolntmeM of Receiver, Lender is Possession. As additional security hereunder, Borrower
<br />hereby assigns to Lender the rents of the Property, provided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under paragraph 18
<br />hereof or abandonment of the Property, have the right to collets and retain such rents as [hey become due and payable.
<br />U~n accekration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property, Lender„in person, by agent or by
<br />judicia ly appointed reuiver, shalt be untitled to enter upon, take possession of and menage the Property and to collect ttx
<br />rents of the Property including those past due. All rents collected by Linder or the receiver shall be applied first to payment
<br />of the coats of management of the Property and cotlection of rents, including, but not limited to, tecerver'a fees, prcmrttms

<br />receiver shall tx liable to account only for those rrnts actually rueived.
<br />21. Fnture Advances. Upon request of Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, prior to full reconveyance of the Property
<br />by Trustu to Borrower, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with inttrest thereon, shah Ix
<br />secured by this Dud of Trust when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time: shalt

<br />22. Reeoaveyanee. Upon payment of al! sums secured by this Dud of Trust, Lender shall request Trustu to reeonvey
<br />the Property and shall surrender this Dud of Trust and all notes evidencing indebtedness secured by this Deed of Trust
<br />to Trustu. Trustu shall rcconvey the Property without warranty and without charge to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto. Such person or persons shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
<br />23. Subetltate Tnastee. Lender, at Lender's option, may from time to time remove Trustu and appoint a successor
<br />[rustu to any Trustu appointed hereunder by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deed of Trust is morded.
<br />Without conveyance of the Prop=rty, the successor ttvstu shall succeed to all the title, power and duties conferred upon
<br />the Trtutu herein and by applicable law.
<br />24. Request for Notices. Borrower requests that copies of the notice of default and notice of sale be sent to BOrCOWer'a
<br />address which is the Property Address.
<br />25. Ae long as this Deed of Trust Sa held by the Nebraska tbrtgage Finmca Pund, the Lender mey, at Lender's
<br />option, declare all some secured by this Deed of Trust to be immediately due and payable if aorrower omits or mia-
<br />repreaents a fact in an application for this Deed of Trust, including, without limltatioa, anything contained is the
