Asd{nmeet of Rergat AppolntmeM of Receiver, Lender is Possession. Lender, at Lender's option, may from time to time remove Trustu and appoint a successor <br />[rustu to any Trustu appointed hereunder by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deed of Trust is morded. <br />Without conveyance of the Prop=rty, the successor ttvstu shall succeed to all the title, power and duties conferred upon <br />the Trtutu herein and by applicable law. <br />24.
