<br />JDF ENI7:RPRISES, A Partnership, whether one or mare, herein called the Mort-
<br />gagor, and The Overland National Bank of Grand Aland, Grand Island, Hall Caunty,
<br />Nebraska, herein called the !4fortgagee, hereby agree as follaws:
<br />1. STortgagor has. executed and delivered to Mortgagee first real estate mort-
<br />gages dated November 12, 1981, and each recarded on Navember 13, 1981, as Docwnent
<br />Nos. 81-005697 and 81-005698 i.n the office of the Register of Fkeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of a certain note for 8800,000.00, a valid subsisting
<br />obligation of the h4ortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and
<br />accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the terms of the aforementioned
<br />real estate mortgages, modified and payable in the following rrtanner_
<br />A Hate dai,ed 1~verrd~er 1.2, 1~I, on wilickl a }u•incipai valance of
<br />$800,000.00 remains unpaid, will be repaid in monthly payments of
<br />810,000.00, applied first to interest and the balance to principal,
<br />beginning Decanter 4, 1982, and on the qth day of each month there-
<br />after until December 4, 1983, at which time the entire principal
<br />balance and all accrued interest will be due and payable in full.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original First real estate
<br />mortgages dated November 12, 1981, shall remain the carne, and this !modification
<br />Agreement is made a part of the original first real estate mortgages by reference
<br />and shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
