<br />Council on September 13, 1982, enacted Ordinance tio. 6835 which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the --

<br />2. Ordinance No. 5835 was published in Che Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and the terms
<br />thereof was published in Che Grand Island Daily Independent for
<br />three consecutive weeks, on September~i, 1982, September 28, 1982,
<br />and October 4, 1982, all as required by Section 15-202, R.R.S. 1443.
<br />3. No remonstrance agair,s[ such sale was filed with the City
<br />Council of the City of. Grand Island, tiebraska, within thirty days
<br />of the passage and publication of Ordinance :~c?. 5835.

<br />strance be filed against such conveyance, the ya`~or and City Clerk-
