<br />._~„~ <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />The CITY OF GRA1`iD ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, <br />herein called the "Grantor", in consideration of Six Thousand Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($6,SOQ.00) received from Grantees, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />JAMES JOHN O'NEILL, <br />THOMAS WILLIAM O'NEILL, <br />JOSEPH PATRICK O'NEILL, <br />and <br />TIMOTHY RUSSELL O'NEiLL, <br />as tenants in common, herein caked the Grantees, the following des- <br />cribed real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The easterly 27 feet of Lot Seven (71, and all of Lot <br />Eight ;8), 131eck Seventy-two t72), Original Town, now City <br />of Grand Island, Ha11 County; Nebraska, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Premises". <br />To have and tv bald the above describe3 premises unto Che <br />Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever so long as the <br />Premises is used in conformity with the L!rban Renewal Plan and the <br />Community Development Plan of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />and so long as ail the `allowing conditions are met: <br />1.
