<br />In consideration of the extension of -the time of payment of the original promissory
<br />rote hereinafter-described, the undersigned; Thomas M. Nelson and Dtaureen Nelson-
<br />_ hereby covenant and agree to pay to The First National
<br />dank of'-Grand. Island, Grand Zsland, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of

<br />together with interest thereon at 1531 per cent per annum from the date hereof;
<br />such sum to be .payable on April 27, 1983 Interest shall be payable at maturity;-

<br />($30;000.00 ) was executed and delivered by the undersigned under the date of

<br />` Nebraska; and was due and payable on ti!e 9th day o; January, 1981 ,.together
<br />;srich interest at 14% per cent per annum and secured by Real Estate Mortgage
<br />to The- First National $ank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document N80-003381 and in-the Mortgage Retards of Hall County, Nebraska..

<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of TWENTY-SEVEN
<br />T'dOUSAAID AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2.7,000.00 ), together with interest thereon at
<br />15~% ____~er cent per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful
<br />money of the United States of America at The first ,.ational Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Grand Island; Nebraska.
<br />-All of the covenants and agreements in such 6riginal note and the Real Estate Mortgage
<br />above-described, ot!!er than hereinbefore mortified, shall be-and remain unchanged .and
<br />in full force and effect during such extended periad. If default be made in payment
<br />of any principal sum, r.t:e entire princi^al sum with interest thereon, shall become
<br />immediately due and pa y.;b'le at the elution of the legal holder thereof.
<br />In further consideration of .such extension of time oi` payment of such indebtedness,
<br />I hereby ratify and cor.irm such mortgage recorded as Document G180-003381
<br />in Real: Estate Mortgage records of -Hall __ 03unty, Nebraska as
<br />the first mortgage lit:n u3,oa the real property described therein, and Che whole of
<br />[he title thereto as now awned by me.
<br />The undersigned executes this ~xtensiaa Agreement «.itt! reference to and on [he faith. - _
<br />and credit of their property, which they now own ar nave an interest. in or hereafter
<br />may acquire; the express intention being to charge aad to continue to charge any and-
<br />all of such property with the payment of the indebtodness, the payment of whiet! is
