<br />MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />DAVID A. VACEK and KATHLEEN VACEK, Husband and Wife, whether one or
<br />more, herein called the Mortgagor, and The Overland National Bank of Grand island,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereir, called the Mortgagee, hereby agree
<br />as follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mertgagee a second real
<br />estate mortgage dated April 1, 1982, and recorded on April 2, 1482, as Document
<br />No. $2-OD124$ in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br />consideratior, of a certain mortgage note for $?;,000.00, a valid subsisting obli-
<br />gation of the Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued
<br />interest thereon shall b& due according to the terms of the aforemertianed second
<br />real estate mortgage, modified and payable in the fallowing manner:
<br />A mortgage note dated April ', 1982, or. which a principal
<br />balance of $?O,DOO.i,Q remains unpaid, will be repaid on
<br />April 18, 1983, at an interest rate of 1=~.Cb:4 oer annum from
<br />Qctober 26, 1982.

<br />real estate mortgage dated April 1 1482, snail remain the same, and this Modifi-
