<br />$2--04452 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />NOTICE is hereby given that a petition has been filed in <br />the District. Court of Hall Couacty, Nebraska, wherein the <br />Crcial National Bank and`Trnst Company is Plaintiff, <br />and Raymond E. Stahla and Dianne R. Stahla, husband and wife, <br />et a2., are Defendants, the object and prayer of which is <br />to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, Raymond E. <br />Stahla-and Dianne R. Stahla, of the amount due the Plaintiff <br />on a certain mortgage dated the 31 day of December 1981, and <br />filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on the 7 day of ~3anuary 1982, as Document No. <br />82-000057, wherein Ravmond E. Stahla and-Diane R. Stahla <br />mortgaged and conveyed to the Plaintiff the fallowing. <br />described: real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Six (b), Lot Seven (7), and Lot Ten (10), in <br />Palu Subdivision, being a part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter fNE~[NE~t) of Section <br />Thirty Three f33), Township Eleven (11), itarth, <br />Range Nine f9), West of the bth P.Fi.; <br />to obtain a fazeclosure of the mortgage and to have the same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of Raymond E. Stahla and <br />IIianne R.
