KENNY and BARBARA A. KENNY, husband an3 wife, Seller, <br />and LARRY E. TEICHMEIER and MARY L. TEICHMEIER, husband and wife <br />as joint tenants, Buyer, for the sale and conveyance of the <br />following-described real property: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of <br />the Southwest Quarter (S'~SW~) of Section Eleven (11}, <br />Township Twelve (121 North, Range Eleven (11}, West of <br />the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point an the South <br />line of said Section 11, said point being 1,095.6 ft. <br />East of the Southwest Corner of said Section 11; thence <br />Easterly along the South line of said Section 11, a dis- <br />ranee of 277.0 ft.; thence deflecting Left 90°00' and <br />running Northerly, a distance of 281.0 ft.; thence <br />deflecting Left 90°QO' and running Westerly, a distance <br />of 277.0 ft.; thence deflecting Left 90°DO' and running <br />Southerly, a distance of 281.0 ft. to the place of <br />beginning and containing 1.787 acres more or less. <br />The final installment due on said Contract is payable on <br />October 1, 1992, and that a Deed of Conveyance is being held in <br />esccrow pursu~ajnt~to the terms of said Contract. t <br />Michael D.
