HHEREAS, the Ftayor and Council of the City of Grand island have heretofore by resolu- tion passed 6y a three-fourths vote of all members of the Council determined the necessity for certain sidewalk improvements, pursuant ca Section 19-24t%, R.R.S. 1943, and Sect Lon 31-45 of the Crand Island City Code; and GGEREAS, certain property owners have failed to construct sidewalks within the time specified in the resolution of necessity; and YAIEREAS, It Ls the determination of this Council that such sidewalks should be con- structed 6y the district method; NOY, THEREFORE, 8E IT ORDAINED 8Y THE 'tAYOR AND COhNC.IL OF THE CITY QF CRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION i. Sidewalk District Na. 1, 148?, of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. - SECTION 2.
