<br />82--~J0440F3 <br />NOTICE OF LIS FENDENS <br />NOTICE is hereby-given that a petition has been filed <br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein <br />Commercial Savings Company of Grand Is-land is Plaintiff, <br />and Dean R. Erickson and Naomi J. Erickson, et al,, are <br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain <br />an accounting from the Defendants, Erickson, of the amount <br />due the Plaintiff on a certain mortgage and note dated <br />the 30 day of June 1980, and the 29 day of June 1982, which <br />mortgage was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 7 day of July 1980, as <br />Document No. 80-003283, wherein Dean R. Erickson and Naomi <br />J. Erickson, mortgaged and conveyed to the Plaintiff the <br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Fractional Lots Seven (7), and Eight (8), in Frac- <br />tional Block Eight (8), in Gilbert's Second Addi- <br />tion to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />to obtain a foreclosure of the mortgage and to have Ehe <br />same declared a lien upon the interest of Dean R- and Naomi <br />J.
