<br />82-+ft+4407 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />NOTICE is hereby given that a petition has been filed in <br />the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein the <br />Commercial Savings Company of Grand Island, is Plaintiff, <br />and Gateshares, et al., are Defendants, the object and prayer <br />of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendant, <br />Gateshares, Inc., of the amount due the Plaintiff an a <br />certain mortgage dated the 30 day of January 1980, and a <br />certain deed of trust-dated the 31 day of July 1980, which <br />were filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, respectively as Document No. 80-00(7494 <br />and Document No. 80-003458, wherein Gateshares, Inc., mortgaged <br />and conveyed to the Plaintiff, or to the Plaintiff as <br />beneficiary, the following described real estate in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Lots Four (4), Five (51, and Six (6) in Bels Second <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hali <br />County, Nebraska, and <br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Ten (10), in <br />Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island; <br />to obtain a foreclosure of the mortgage and the deed of trust <br />and to have the same declared a lien upon the interest of <br />Gateshares, Inc., in the real estate and appurtenances there- <br />to- to have the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy <br />the amounts so found due, together with the costs of suit <br />and to foreclose the Defendants of a1Z right, title, interest. <br />lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and <br />to the real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with <br />such other and further relief as *_o the Court may seem just <br />and equitable. <br />-' CO'~!"lERC LAL SAVI?:GS COMPANY OF <br />GRA.~iD iSLn~ND, <br />:.AURLTSEN, BAKER & BROWNELL, <br />Its Attorney, <br />John R.
