KRUSE, husband and <br />wife, SELLERS, and CLAYTON C. MEYER AND NANCY J. MEYER, BUYERS. <br />ulITNESSETH: <br />1. That the:Selhers agree to sell and convey to Buyers and the Buyers <br />agree jointly and sevErally to purchase and accept from the Sellers the <br />following described real and personal property located in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, together with the buildings and improvements Thereon, on the terms, <br />conditions,.and covenants herein contained, to-wit: <br />Lot Eight {8) in Fractionai Biock Seventeen (17) in Ashton <br />Place, an Addition. to the City of Granddsland,.Hall County> <br />Nebraska, as Surveyed,.Piatted and Recorded. <br />2. Purchase Price and Payment. The. purchaseprice for the real estate <br />being-sold by the Sellers and purchased by the Buyers hereunder is Thrty- <br />Three Thousand Five Hundred and No/IOO Doiiars {.$33,500.00):, which purchase <br />prise the Buyers agree to pay as follows: <br />R.
